How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery within Canada takes an additional 5–7 business days, depending on the destination.

What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please email us immediately at info@veslumina.com. We may be able to update your shipping address if your order has not yet been processed or shipped.

If an order is returned to Veslumina due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we may resend the package or issue a refund, excluding the original shipping charges.

Can I cancel my order?

We can cancel your order if we receive your request before processing begins. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Do your fragrances contain essential oils or synthetic ingredients?

Our scents are custom-crafted by a fragrance house using fine fragrance ingredients, including synthetics, selected for their quality and scent character.

In perfumery, essential oils and synthetics are commonly used together. Synthetic ingredients offer perfumers precision, complexity, and longevity.

While our exact formulas are proprietary, the fragrance oils used in our candles are free from phthalates and parabens, and are not tested on animals.

What kind of wax do you use?

Our candles are made with a renewable coconut–soy wax blend, free of paraffin.

What are your wicks made of?

Our wicks are made from pure, bleach-free cotton and contain no metal core or lead.

Candle Care

Why is my candle burning down the middle and leaving wax on the sides?

This is known as tunnelling and usually happens when the candle has not burned long enough. To help prevent it, allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface before extinguishing it. 

For a steady burn, trim your wick to 1/4 inch before lighting it and keep the candle away from drafts.
